Returns and refunds

RETURNS
12.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to the following address: shoponline@brunomanetti.com , including:
(i) a statement of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code;
(ii) an indication of the products for which the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal;
(iii) the order number provided by Bruno Manetti S.r.l. at the time of purchase confirmation.
12.2. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Bruno Manetti S.r.l. will fully refund the price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer within 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, unworn, unused and undamaged, accompanied by the original receipt and with the official “BRUNO MANETTI” packaging. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. will accept returns and exchanges of Products delivered with a return/exchange label, sticker or seal only if the above return instructions have been properly followed and if the label, sticker or seal is intact and attached to the Product.
12.3. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that do not comply with these requirements. In the case of defective Products, the provisions of paragraph 15 “Lack of conformity” shall apply. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The price of Products purchased online cannot be refunded in stores.
12.4. The costs for returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer. In particular, for returns from European Union countries a fixed fee of €30.00 will be applied, while for returns from non-European Union countries a fixed fee of €50.00 will be applied. These amounts may be directly deducted from the refund due to the Customer. Any additional costs incurred by the Customer for returning the Products shall not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
12.5. Each delivery will include easy instructions for returning the Products.
12.6. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. undertakes to refund the Customer without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice pursuant to Article 54 of the Consumer Code; a notification email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
12.7. Customers are advised to ship the returned Products using a courier, insuring the full value of the goods and obtaining a tracking number in order to monitor the shipment. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. shall not be responsible for refunds or compensation relating to Products shipped by the Customer but never received by Bruno Manetti S.r.l. due to loss, theft or damage not attributable to Bruno Manetti S.r.l.
12.8. If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel an order already placed, they must promptly send an email, and in any case before receiving the shipping confirmation email, to shoponline@brunomanetti.com . Bruno Manetti S.r.l. will make every effort to satisfy the Customer’s request. However, once the Product has been shipped, the order may no longer be cancelled or modified. Shipped Products may, however, be returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal described above.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES
13.1. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. intends to provide Customers with the possibility to exchange Products purchased on the Website; to do so, the Customer must follow the procedure indicated below.
13.2. Customers who are not fully satisfied or who believe there is a discrepancy with the order must retain all delivery documentation and the Product in its original packaging and immediately contact Bruno Manetti S.r.l. by email at: shoponline@brunomanetti.com , following the procedure set out in paragraph 12 above.
13.3. The Product to be exchanged must be received by Bruno Manetti S.r.l. in its original condition as specified in paragraph 12.2.
13.4. Please note that in the exchange process, the amount paid by the Customer will first be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase (as per paragraph 6), and then a new transaction will be processed.
13.5. To request a Product exchange, the form provided with each shipped Product must be completed, clearly indicating the code of the new Product requested.
13.6. The processing of the new order is subject to the availability of the requested Products.
13.7. Shipping costs for returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer.
13.8. The replacement Product will be shipped to the Customer by courier at no additional shipping cost only if the exchange is due to a Product defect pursuant to paragraph 14 below.

LACK OF CONFORMITY
14.1. If a Product sold by Bruno Manetti S.r.l. has a manufacturing defect or any lack of conformity, the Customer must immediately contact online support at: shoponline@brunomanetti.com.
14.2. The sale of Products is subject to the legal guarantees provided by Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer is entitled to have the Product brought into conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement or, if such remedies fail, to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The Customer shall lose these rights if they do not report the lack of conformity to Bruno Manetti S.r.l. within two months from the date on which they discovered the defect. In any case, any action to enforce defects not fraudulently concealed by Bruno Manetti S.r.l. shall expire within twenty-six months from delivery of the goods.

ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
15.1. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. undertakes to provide constantly updated information in the sections of the Website relating to the description and/or sale of Products and will do its best to ensure that the description and/or photographic representation of the Products on the Website is as accurate as possible. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors and, due to the digital presentation of the Products, the Customer’s perception of the description or graphical representation may not exactly correspond to the actual Product. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order proposal has been submitted and also reserves the right to modify or update information at any time without prior notice.
