Shipping and delivery

SHIPPING, TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
9.1. For security reasons, Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address registered on the credit card, unless otherwise specified by the Customer. At the time of delivery, the signature of the Customer or of a delegated person over 18 years of age will be required. Deliveries to P.O. boxes will not be made.
9.2. For each order placed on the Website, Bruno Manetti S.r.l. issues an invoice for the shipped Products, sending it via email or post to the order holder, in accordance with Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be used for issuing the invoice. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
9.3. Delivery costs are borne by Bruno Manetti S.r.l.
9.4. All purchases will be delivered via a selected courier (hereinafter, the “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, public holidays, and local or national holidays. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. shall not be responsible for unforeseeable delays and/or delays attributable solely to the Courier, to whom any complaints must be addressed. Delivery times range from 3 to 6 working days.
9.5. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the conclusion of the contract, as per paragraph 7.1 above, unless Bruno Manetti S.r.l. communicates—within the same period or by the agreed delivery date, including via email—the inability to deliver the ordered Products due to their unavailability, even if temporary. In such a case, Bruno Manetti S.r.l. will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer.
9.6. If, following communication from Bruno Manetti S.r.l. of a delay in delivery, the Customer wishes to cancel the order, any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date Bruno Manetti S.r.l. receives the cancellation request.
9.7. For delivery of the Products, the presence of the Customer or their representative at the delivery address indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery by the Courier, the Customer must verify:
(i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT);
(ii) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, and not otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported in writing on the Courier’s proof of delivery. Once the Courier’s document has been signed without any objection, the Customer may not raise any claims regarding the external condition of the delivered package.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
10.1. Bruno Manetti S.r.l. will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped.

PACKAGING
11.1. Products purchased on the Website are delivered with the official “BRUNO MANETTI” packaging.
